  1. Company registration proof (RJSC or equivalent) and authorized signatory details.
  2. Entity-specific legal docs (partnership deed / memorandum / board resolution where applicable).
  3. TIN/BIN and relevant tax documentation are required.
  4. At least one released work public link (up to 3 can be provided).
  5. Banking details for royalty disbursement (Bank Transfer or Account Payee Cheque; MFS if selected).
  6. If already affiliated abroad, provide society and IPI information.

By filling out and submitting this publisher membership form, I hereby declare and confirm that:

1. The publisher entity intends to become a member of BLCPS and agrees to abide by the rules, regulations, terms and conditions, and code of conduct laid down by BLCPS from time to time.

2. I confirm that I am duly authorized to submit this membership application and to act on behalf of the publisher entity in all matters related to this application, membership communications, and the Assignment Deed if the application is approved.

3. On behalf of the publisher entity, I authorize BLCPS to act with regard to the copyrights and related rights represented through this membership by issuing licenses, collecting royalty, monitoring rights to identify infringements, and taking appropriate legal action where required.

4. I confirm that BLCPS shall retain 20% of the royalty collected from the issuance of licenses for the publisher’s works and disburse the remainder in accordance with BLCPS rules and applicable agreements.

5. I understand that BLCPS may retain, store, preserve, use, and share the information submitted in this form for its operational purposes, member administration, compliance, and related communications.

6. I warrant and declare that all information and documents furnished in this application are true, correct, and submitted with proper authority, and that registration may be subject to cancellation if any information is inaccurate, misleading, unauthorized, or in breach of BLCPS membership rules or conditions.
